Meet Romagnia Hill, MSN, RN, CNOR, LNC
Romagnia Hill's journey in nursing began in 2001, where she dedicated herself to patient care at a community hospital in Northern New Jersey. Seeking growth and new challenges, she transitioned to an Operating Room Nurse role in South New Jersey. Driven by her commitment to excellence, she later joined a prestigious level 1 trauma center in Pennsylvania, where she took on various roles including Operating Room Nurse, Resource Team Nurse, Epic Optime Credentialed Educator, Preceptor, and Charge Nurse.
National Contributions to Nursing Excellence
Beyond her daily responsibilities, Mrs. Hill has contributed nationally to nursing excellence. In 2016, she provided expertise to the Competency Credentialing Institute (CCI) by helping write CNOR exams and contributed to publications addressing ethical and legal issues in healthcare. In February 2024, she was honored by AORN/CineMed as a subject matter expert, showcasing best practices in standardized films.
Personal Note
Outside her professional life, she values her faith and family, being married for 27 years and a proud mother of three sons. Romagnia’s journey exemplifies dedication, expertise, and compassion, inspiring nurses worldwide.
